Hi - there's several bridges into and out from Metis now, you're not relegated to just using ETH either.

The ones I know of are:

-Synapse
-Tethys Bridge
-The Metis Bridge
-RelayChain (Netswap)
-Celr bridge

In my opinion, I think CELR is the best and most decentralized of the bridges I listed but I've used Synapse, tethys, the metis bridge and Celr, I just haven't tried relaychain (netswap) yet.
