It's literally a strategy designed to drive the price of OXD to the moon now that the emissions were turned off yesterday at 6pm Central. OXD will burned to get OXSOLID which will be the farming token at Solidly. If things go well, anybody who has bags in OXD right now is going to be rich I think.
