A friend of mine has started a new business. He used to be my coworker at Virginia Food. I can tell he was a business person even before. He has always wished to open his own business in the future. He was our Sales Coordinator before moving on to become a Sales Agent for one of the largest manufacturers of vehicles, motorcycles, and power equipment. However, he was gathering expertise and, of course, putting up funds to start his own business at that time. He was even selling snacks before like gummy worms, almonds, chocolates, etc. After being a Sales Agent, he pursues his plans to become a businessman. He wanted to have a food business because he believes that Filipinos love to eat and try different cuisines.
His aspiration of becoming a businessman was finally realized. He starts a Takoyaki business. Takoyaki is a Japanese delicacy that is formed from a wheat flour batter and baked in a unique molded pan. It's usually stuffed with octopus minced or diced, tempura leftovers, pickled ginger, and green onion. His business is called Giga Takoyaki. It's in San Isidro, Talisay City, Cebu. It is the town of Talisay's newest and freshest snack bar.
He has been in business for two months. Because of his dedication and hard effort, I believe he will be successful in what he is doing now. He motivates me to strive hard for my goals, knowing that no matter how difficult they are, God will grant them if I pray and work hard enough.
