i just upvoted someone and their balance went DOWN 1 cent !!! ???
how did this happen ? I clicked to UpVote someone for their article. Their article had a value of $0.75 After my UpVote, it went down to $0.74 !! How is this even possible ?? My reputation level is '38'.
