Lucid browser is an open source android browser developed to be fast and simple. It designed to be small, light, fast, and simple.
Some of the features that I'm suggesting for lucid browser are:
Pages can be saved for a later and frequent read.
Voice search can be used by users for an easier access to browsing without any hassle of typing.

Here is an example of offline page saving service. It's implemented in opera mini browser and can be implemented in a same way in lucid browser.
This is an example of voice search taken from the Google Chrome browser. Implemented in the search bar, it should be implemented in the lucid browser in a same manner.
This feature can be used can be used to read pages offline when you're not on internet services. You can view an offline saved page without an internet connection. You can visit the page as many times as you wish by just clicking on it once even without internet connection and thus this can help you save time which is spent on typing the address and the time spent whilst loading the page. One of the important features in most browsers, this is a must have feature for lucid browser.
Voice search has immense benefits. Users who find it hard to type in can use this feature and just get the desired results by saying the words vocally to the browser and the browser will respond to them showing then the results for their search. This is also a feature which can save you some time and also let you do your other works while surfing because you don't need to spend time typing the addresses or the searches you wish to see. This also being a must have feature, should be implemented in lucid browser too.
