Sounds weird right? Well you may not really get a grasp of my topic if you are a non - Nigerian. Due to our slighty high level of epileptic power supply, whenever the power returns, we scream and jump up, with joy filing our hearts. Especially when you have a soccer game to watch or a a some clothes to iron or you need to use your blender in the kitchen. "UP NEPA" are two words I know that always makes Nigerians jump for joy despite our numerous trying times.
