안녕하세요 듀리얼입니다.

어제 제가 쓴 글에서 저는 글을 쓰기보다는 다른 분들의 글을 읽는 것에서 재미를 찾는다고 하였는데, 하루 사이에 이렇게 포스팅하는 재미에 푹 빠져있습니다. 아직 포스팅 수가 적지만 더 많아진다면 언젠간 저를 팔로잉하시고 꾸준히 제 글을 봐주시는 분들도 계실거라고 생각합니다.

제가 오늘 소개해드릴 브랜드는 세대를 거스르고 누구나 한번 쯤은 신어 봤을, 어쩌면 아직도 한 켤레 쯤은 갖고 있을 법한 학창 시절 우리의 친구 컨버스입니다. 컨버스는 미 매사추세츠주 보스턴에 본사를 둔 나이키의 자회사입니다. 1908년에 설립되었으며 척 테일러, 올 스타, 잭 퍼셀, 원 스타 등 전설이 된 신발들로 유서 깊은 브랜드 역사를 자랑합니다.

컨버스의 강점은 가격이 저렴하다는 것입니다. 그리고 어떤 옷에 매칭해도 어울릴 수있는 기본에 충실한 디자인이 될 것 같습니다. 단점으로는 비가 온다면 신을 수 없고 쉽게 낡고 밑창이 낮아 발이 매우 피로하다는 점입니다. 하지만 약 10년정도 침체기를 겪은 컨버스는 자신들의 신발의 단점을 보완해 기존의 라인을 업그레이드하여 다시 옛날의 명성에 버금가는 재도약을 하고 있습니다. 또한 꼼데가르송, 언더커버, 존바바토스, 나이키등 유명 브랜드들과 협업 하여 콜라보를 통해 가파른 상승세를 보이고 있습니다.

국내에서는 대부분 쉽게 컨버스 매장을 찾으실 수 있을 겁니다. 매장에 가면 컨버스는 신발 뿐 아니라 의류 및 액세서리 등 다양한 라이프 스타일 포트폴리오를 제공해줍니다.

분명 컨버스가 오래되고 불편해서 안 신으시는 분들도 많다고 봅니다. 하지만 컨버스는 착화감, 디자인, 내구성 등 기존보다 한층 업그레이드 되어 우리에게 다시 찾아왔습니다. 지나가는 길에 컨버스와 마주친다면 한번 쯤 신어보고 업그레이드된 컨버스를 느껴보는 것은 어떨까요?

I introduce shoes that friend of many people CONVERSE. It is a subsidiary of NIKE, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Established in 1908, Famous historic shoes such as Chuck Taylor, All Star, Jack Purcell, and One Star are legendary.

The strength of the CONVERSE is cheap. And it is a basic design that can suit any suit. The weakness of the CONVERSE that we can not wear it if it rains, easily worn out and lower sole cause easily feet feel tired. CONVERSE has been stagnant for ten years. Then they are upgraded their weakness and upgraded originally existing collection. So they are showing a steep rise again. Also, they are working with famous brands likes Comme des garcons, Under cover, John varvatos, Nike.

In Korea, you can easily find the CONVERSE stores. When you go to stores, CONVERSE offers a wide variety of lifestyle portfolio, including clothing and accessories as well as clothes.

Some people don't like CONVERSE. Because uncomfortable feeling and old things. But CONVERSE came back again for our what it has been upgraded even further than before that wear feeling, design, durability. If you encounter CONVERSE on the road, why don't you try it on and feel the upgraded CONVERSE?
