This insect is known as cicadas, it belongs to the large family Cicadoidea, this insect has a loud singing voice (Noisy singer), its bulging eyes are a characteristic of them which also look like they are wide apart, this insect doesn't move much, but every now and then it flies away from one leaf. In the end I couldn't reach the other leaves because he moved to a leaf on a tall tree :
