At that time I was walking in the woods to hunt for mushrooms and suddenly an insect flew and landed on my hand, I almost pat it this insect because of the surprised reflex, luckily I had a chance to see it first before trying to pat it.
The name of the insect that I share this time is Cicadas which is still small or young, when I explore Wikipedia I see there that this insect is larger and the color is also not completely green, and the insect that I share is green, it perches on the arm me, then I tried to take a photo of him, here are some photos below when this insect was on my finger:
