What Good is Union?

October pay incorrect and still not paid. Weekly pay yet still nothing
I just initiated a letter of no rehire, which means the union cannot dispatch me to work for FreemanAV anymore. Now demanding the union release some of the cash wage bond to pay me per the contract.
