Looking like you are doing a great job being a steward to the land over there in Portugal! I thought those acorns were mushrooms around the 6:42 mark but I suppose not since it is so dry and warm. Hopefully, you get some rain to prevent and fires and help encourage some of those trees to bud. Usually, pruning would happen when its much colder out. I am not familiar the seasons in your area/hemisphere but is it winter there? I know in California the fruit trees are already starting to bud in some areas and pruning is not ideal in that situation. I recently moved to Boise Idaho and it will snow today and we are in a solid winter. Funny cause we are tree pruning on Sunday at a local farm. Hopefully, I can get a good video on it to share to threespeak!
