Your comment in my opinion speaks to the need for there to be a community funded lawyer for these issues that are emerging and seems that at the very least a well connected paralegal should on some level be around to help provide up to date precedents as everything that is moving seemingly fast in regards to regulations and then to evolve around them.
But perhaps that is all ready in play in this decentralized environment ad it is the tendency for smart investors in this world to hold their cards tight.
