Cutting the blank from the Graham Ranch Sign We Made! My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2025
A couple weeks back we made a sign for the historic Graham Ranch!
But there was still some usable steel from this blank! We proceeded to cut some squares in circles! Squares are pretty easy to cut out of steel flat bar, but circles on the other hand, here's what we got out of this leftover blank!
Hard piece to scale and find the zero point on our CNC metal cutting Plasma table! But was determined not to have any waste from this piece. Before the skeleton piece went off to the metal scrap yard to be melted down and to New material.

Got a few more pieces I've got to get off our blank pile and get into the skeleton pile today. Should be more creative in cutting some pieces with my pieces. But it's always good to get some circles and square pieces, they'll never go to waste.
