Fell into some last minute parade float work! Making a metal ring that rides on bicycle tires that supports a large inflatable Sun.
"Ole Green Bender" (Machine) did it again! This machine has seen better days! But it's still got the job done! I had to do some minor repairs this time.
But it's successfully been these .100" wall x 1.5" x 1.5" steel square tubes to a 5'3" outside radius!
The square tube bent up along with some flat plate we cut on our CNC plasma metal cutting table! We'll both together to fold a ring. Today we're going to weld some pipes down to accommodate some bicycle wheels. So this thing is mobile!
Hopefully this build goes easy as we've got a few things on the go today!
