Well with all the talk about the July 4th Summer Holiday, I would like to share these pictures. Constantly people are told Baseball, Hot Dogs, & Apple pie are American favorites. I would like to share this quick dinner I whipped up. Someone asked if I was going to have a BBQ. Well not really till I came up with this simple idea. Fire up the back yard grille that has not been used in a very long time. Place 2 dogs on the grille and make some bake beans. Instantly a dinner was made. So what else goes with dinner ? A nice desert but what type do I want, since I'm not going to get an Apple pie.
Well how about a Red White & Blue theme. A couple of Blueberries, Watermelon, & Vanilla ice cream complete the deal. I'm not a cook but always try to enjoy the day. No baseball here maybe catch the fireworks or sit outdoors in a little bit. Enjoy what's left of the 4th and the summer of 2017, soon they will be gone. I wish I could share this with someone who does not have any food today.
