What we do at all times becomes our habit, that's just the easy trick. It sounds too easy until we take the first step. One discouraging factor about creating Habit is having to deal with our comfort zone, whatever our body isn't familiar with, it fights. I have tried waking up as early as 4:00 AM for a morning road walk but found myself postponing time each time the alarm clock rings. There are few tips on ways to create new habits, for example, Do that which you want to change too frequently, start small and don't overstress it, seek help, etc. All these measures work, but only if one is determined to make it work. I noticed from critical evaluation of myself that what became the loudest discouraging factor to changing and creating new habits was me not being determined, I wasn't yet ready to deny myself the lovely morning sleep for that which I wanted to build.

Nothing is as strong as determination. Whatever we are determined to do, we accomplish no matter the discouragement and external constraints. Everything starts with determination then backup by consistency. The story of the people at bethel who wanted to build a temple tall enough to reach the heavens shows the power of determination. Even God could not stop them but put confusion among them. No height is too high to be reached, or mountain too tall to climb if we are determined, and no habit is impossible to be changed for a new one through determination.
