Yes. It only gave you Hive not HBD. Your HBD would not have increased. Your Hive would have. Normally posts payout as HBD plus Hive Power. That post paid out as HIVE and HIVE POWER. So you were paid only in HIVE not HBD. As to why it would not have gone up I can't say.
I can say since it didn't pay you in HBD that your HBD not going up was as expected in this particular case.
