While you were way a new Layer 2 token #vyb came out. If you tag your post with #POB and #VYB you can get both tokens. VYB is short for VerifyYourBrain and it was created to counter the down voters. As long as you don't upvote your own posts tagged with those you will earn Proof of Brain #pob tokens and #vyb tokens. The vyb tokens are automatically staked and like HP the more you have of them the more your votes award other people. The key again is that someone could vote your post down to $0 in Hive Power as you and I have seen happen before and you can still earn #vyb since down voting does not impact those tokens. It is an experiment and we are hopeful it'll be a good example. It's only been around for a short time so we don't know if it will work or not. Another thing that happened is they said we should start using #deepdives like we use #informationwar as they plan on doing a token and some good things with that in the future. I am using usually those 4 tokens and then the other 6 I do with tags relevant specifically to my post. There you have it... now you are caught up to speed. Do as you choose.
