HELP! 
What is this?
I came out side this morning and thousands of these are swarming in my yard and on my maple tree.
They don't seem to be paying any attention to our garden at the moment. What are they? Should I be concerned? If so, what's the best plan of defense of my vegetation? I have a very small herd of bug loving cats I could release in to the yard to meet the bugs on the front lines.
