King Dutugamunu is the last king who united Sri Lanka. He fought against the Tamil king called Elara and protected Sri Lanka from the foreign forces. He did many things on behalf of the religion and country. He made many dagobas like Ruwanweliseya, Mirisawetiya and did an enormous service on behalf of the irrigation system of Sri Lanka.
