The current market is kind of tiring. There are a lot of positives in this present market also a lot of frustration and if you’ve been following the crypto market closely you realize that the main reason why most people are frustrated is not because of the top coins, it is mostly because of the altcoin. we all know that mostly when the BITCOIN moves the altcoin also moves until we enter the altcoin season where the bitcoin dominance drops and altcoin begins to move on its own, but this present market hasn’t worked like that.
now the BITCOIN movement has not affected the altcoin, before the recent drop, BITCOIN had been performing well, but altcoin hasn’t been performing well and it has been a major problem for those who invest in altcoin. people believe that when the price of Bitcoin moves, they will be able to take out some profits in altcoin and do whatever they want to do with their lives, but things have not been working that way and I’m also part of those people frustrated about the present market.
The market will deal with you
if you are heavily invested in this present run, you will understand how the present market has been dealing with people psychologically, I thought I was mentally strong when it came to dealing with the crypto cycle, but these tested my patience to the point I was tempted to sell some of my crypto assets even though I’ll be selling at loss it doesn’t matter to me because the market makes me so scared and I also have some other things I needed money for.
I believe that the introduction of ETFs and the funds that are coming through that is making the Crypto cycle look a little bit different and 50% of what happens to everybody when it comes to finance is psychology. This makes me see how it is easy for anybody to be weak hands in crypto. sometimes is not as if you don’t believe in the project you invested in but when the market was able to get into your head It messed up your psychology and you might even be working against your own belief, but I believe the waitwill be worth it at the end of the day.
History will repeat it self
When we look at the previous cycle, the crypto market is still following the same pattern and people are just concerned about why their asset is not increasing the price, but we are not in altcoin season yet. It makes a lot of sense to still hold our assets and let the markets do their thing. I know it’s not as easy as it may sound but the wait will be worth it at the end of the day. Crypto has a way of rewarding its hodlers. The feeling to sell may come but this is the most crucial time and we are almost there. We should keep building our portfolio gradually, it was never easy to hodl crypto but the current market is even harder.
