We have different ways in which we can use to make money, but one of the most popular ones is the rental system. The rental system is just that you create in which other people can rent something from you. This system is a good way to make you rich but people don't get some things right before creating this system.
Creating any systems that lead to financial success can be very difficult because you have to put in the work and the first thing you must do is solve a problem, you have to identify this problem first and solve it using a rental system and relatable example I can use on this chain is the rental market on splinterlands. Some cards are very expensive but good and not everybody can afford them, what people do on splinterlands is just buy these cards and rent them out. This is the main problem of any other system we are creating which is needs, do people need the system we are creating sometimes there might be a problem that we solve but people don't need our solution which might lead to sales or the end of this business.
Another problem is the deal we are offering, just like in real estate people might not like the asset you are trying to rent out based on different reasons or your fee is way too much than that of the other competitors which can be bad for the business.
