When I joined Hive acquiring huge hp seemed impossible for me because I have a mentality about money then that nearly ruined my life and that mentality was only the rich invest. This is a belief that stops me from compounding from hive in the first year because my belief then was no money no investment, so instead of me compounding my hp I just withdrew everything and use the money on temporary things.
Another thing that added to my problem then was my friends because we all had the same beliefs and we all are broke, when we talked about an investment plan we all end up saying where did we want to see the money. I started having a change of mentality when I started reading books on finance and this allow me to see things differently.
Sometimes reading another people's story will not only open your eyes but will help you with a change of mentality. The more I read books the more I realize that I must not wait for big money to come and all I have to do is to start something and build with it.
Start doing something
Society has made us believe that we must start big and investment is for those that have the money which is not true. Some people's perception of crypto and bitcoin is that we must a lot of money to make a profit but most times is not how big you started out it is about you enjoying the process of building and compounding it over time.
There is no excuse for anything when it comes to investing, you can always start anytime and don't just invest based on now but focus on what you building for long term.
