I’ve been going to the gym for quite some time now and one thing I realized is that people want quick results within a short period and that’s why you see them after small workouts checking their bodies in front of the mirror for hours and after a few days, you stop seeing them at the gym because the result is not coming as early as expected.

we have so many instances that people will focus on the results and not the process because every process always seems like a long journey. the process always takes time, time to achieve a result takes years but most people believe they don’t have the time and instead, they focus on ways to bypass this process. that’s why people spend most of their time searching for another person's story that doesn't require process or less effort.

another reason why people want to do without process is that it is demanding, most people believe the demand to put in the process is too much, and they can’t live up to the demand, they don’t want to test their limit or do something that is out of comfort and we end up choosing the easy way that doesn't guarantee a result.

process guarantee results because you already know the time you will put into something before it works out reduce your zeal because we are in a world where we are surrounded by the results and we quickly want to show our results too forgetting that good things require proper planning and consistency.

Conclusion

It is always better when planning to build we should stick to the process, this might not guarantee quick results but the result is what we are sure about. Focusing on the result will not talk us anywhere and this might make our process looks even tougher and longer.
