To me it means: flowermarket.
So on friday we refresh all the vases here - i love to have fresh flowers in the house.
And especially daffodils - they bring me the #scent of spring
Talking about #scent...... on sundays i have my own small challenge - about smelling and what that means to us.
You ability to smell is very connected to the consiousness - there is no better way to get out of the stories in your head and come into the Now then by smelling and listening - these sensory input makes you aware of what is going on around you.
To sense your surrounding world this way you center in yourself too - this bodily connection has a calming effect on you.
Try it! Be aware of the things you smell!
