I am inspired by this text to say that I believe that I am one of those people who do not enjoy averages and security, but rather fight for survival at work. For each new school year, I have a fund of lessons in a way that only I know, which I always somehow find in timely communication with colleagues, the municipality and students. I believe that negotiations at home are more complicated and difficult than at work, but even there there are some positive developments in the end. It is not said for nothing that you may be appreciated everywhere, but at home you will always be first but from behind.
