According to me YES the green market has already started and there will be market to 10000$ till august 1st week as expected and we can see bull run then after and we can see the altcoin perform well in this bull run also the ETF decision is on august 1st week to we are waiting for it if is passes by SEC they we can have bitcoin upto 500004 within few weeks also
