I took this photo on assignment with a local magazine. It was for an article about discovering lesser known places in the area. You wouldn't think this being that this particular church was called "Westminster Abbey" (yes, just like that other church), but most people in Vancouver don't know of it's existence. It's maintained by a community of Benedictine monks and was built in 1982, so I guess you can say it's the same age as myself. I actually ventured here early in the morning on a Saturday for the early golden hour and I'm glad I did. The glow inside the church was simply incredible...
