The message is the same but was sent to different accounts after going through their posts. Just like how you say "hello" to people when you meet them for the first time. You won't call that spam right?

An example of spam is your comment section. The account which keeps commenting the same thing again and again on all your posts.

You should also see that I not only replied to people who responded but also upvoted their posts. If I wanted to spam I could have easily written a script to do it.
