I added a Meme Maker to the SteemShutter

I added Meme maker to the SteemShutter.

New version 1.3 comes with this simple generator that will draw two textboxes on​ your ​image. It's not THAT simple since I spent hours trying to make font size proportional to the size of any photo. I also added a bunch of fonts and that's how I got a Meme Maker.

It's very easy and you can have free and fast meme generator without any adds or watermarks.

As an addition to the SteemShutter, with Meme Maker,​ you can create memes from your everyday life very fast and simple.

Although​ Meme Maker is a part of SteemShutter, it is not restricted to​ images made with SteemShutter, you can pick any image from your photo library and make a meme from it.
