Property rights come from the right of self-ownership. They are a subset of the leaves on the tree of self-ownership. To pretend property rights trump self-ownership is to put the cart in front of the horse.

I have a right to choose whether or not to allow people onto my property, but that's where the choice is made. I don't have the right to say I allow you on my property but then insist you have no rights while there. That's where the rape analogy comes from. It's the same sort of thing.

You have property rights that go with you everywhere, even if you're surrounded by my property. And I will respect them.
