Well it depends on the government ability to make good

use of the money generated from the plan,well because i

come from a country with good governance and because i see that the governments have good policies

in place then i might accept to work for a year without collecting salary to enable my country to increase its

wealth and the well being of the citizens but it would be very heartbreaking to me if after doing that i now

discovered that the government did not fulfil their promises....
