Definitely Mother's Day in USA. She drove into Brooklyn and we did a combo of the BK Botanical Garden then BK Museum. We got a free tour of the garden for 90 minutes, then broke off to wander the museum for a couple hours. We finished with a delicious 90-minute meal at my favorite Roman Pinza spot by Prospect Park, called Camillo. Ideal weather, great company (my partner came along to make it 3 of us), and she liked her gift of a small knitted flower pot with a trio of knit tulips. They will bloom year round!
