Is this a windowsill bed?

No windowsill... we have a big patio, which is just the roof of the auto body shop next door. They are 32 Gallon rectangular plastic bins that we drilled some holes into and filled with soil about 4 years ago. Most of the time, they grow some cannabis and a bunch of weeds!
