Diet would be the easiest way to treat the illness of society, but we are not prioritizing the types of foods that will keep us healthy. Would it be economically feasible to produce enough healthy food that society could stop producing artificial, processed foods?
Well, enough of that wishful thinking. Congrats on the most excellent gym effort so far this year. I'm not sure I've even done a 1-minute plank over 10 times this year. I definitely want to be the type of person who can prioritize the time to take care of my body physically. Now that I've got a scholar, what other excuses could there possibly be?!
