I'd like this article a lot more if you used the new vocabulary of archons and units instead of summoners and monsters.

Besides that, the concept is good. I would still prefer to see 8-player, on-demand, single-elim queues before this new King of the Hill draft mode. 8-player queues would be good entertainment for an audience and build brand/streamer loyalty.

This mode seems like there would be lots of downtime for anyone who is not the current king. Are people just waiting around for their next chance to battle against the king?
