I've never understood the fascination of the "salary cap" version of FPL when multiple managers can all own the same best players and best bargains. I much prefer the American style of fantasy gameplay, when there is a player draft at the start of the season and player ownership is unique among a small group of players within the same league.
If there is any desire for a h2h drafted league at the start of the next prem season, I would be interested to compete. I've played in a small local draft league based in Texas with some mates for the past 15 years. We have 4 leagues of 10 teams each playing 18 games each season (home and away vs the other 9 teams). We also have promotion and relegation for two teams. We also have an FA Cup stlye tournament among all the clubs over the 4 leagues. I won promotion in my very first year and have maintained my status in the prem for the past 14 seasons.
