Good day, everyone! I got surprisingly close to 10000 to start my week on Monday. Huzzah for health! Also wanted to share some of the upcoming shows at The Brooklyn Mirage this month. New York City always pulls some great events!
Outside of my school responsibilities, the bulk of my steps came from walking over to my local card shop for a Monday night Magic: the Gathering draft. It was my first time trying the new set, Outlaws of something or other. The mechanics were fun, and I had a blast drafting a multi-color green-based deck.
Although I finished 1-2 with what I thought was a 2-1 deck, I drafted 3 mythics and 5 foils (including 2 full art foil lands). All in all, it was a nice night out at the local pub drafting MtG with some friends. I made good time and finished my walk home before midnight. Until next time...
