I am using HiveStats.io to track all my progress within Hive, I recommend you all to check HiveStats out and set some goals for yourselves!
One of the better weeks I've had since joining Hive! Found myself at a nice steady over 2HP gained daily, not to mention my curation seems to be in over-drive right now with payouts, hoping to stack as much HP as I can do return more of them curation rewards in the long term! Been trying to split my curations up more also.
Overall I tent to upvote 100% Weight, but recently I've wanted to curate way more content and seen myself dropping to 50% then 20-30 range for a lot of posts.
I've still kept some of my post pay-outs to HBD, I will probably throw them into savings and start accruing interest as-well as all the liquid Hive I earn from staking BXT which admitably isn't a lot but it does add up over time.
If I can keep this pace up I can hopefully see myself hitting the 500 HP mark sometime in the next few months. All earned from my own content and my own posts is very rewarding and fulfilling!
My past curation rewards daily last week were sitting at the 0.08 range, they seem to have doubled this week which is incredible, could be due to the drop in Hive prices I'm unsure on how that part works into the blockchain if anybody knows if that effects your voting power/vote weight in $ please let me know.
I am hoping this time next month I can see myself hitting close to the 0.5 range daily from curation earnings on a good day. overall I'd be happy with a consistent 0.25 reward by this time next month!

Followers Goal
I've been working towards improving my posts more overall, slowly learning here and there! Trying to branch myself out into more communities here on Hive/Peakd/Leofinance and engage with like minded people, had some great conversations since joining the platforms! Would love to keep increasing my progress and reach.
So I will set a long term goal of followers for myself,
134/200 Followers
