Leo seems good though. I wonder if it will be able to hold above .18.

If @diverse has bought Steem recently from Market, then LEO at 0.18 still good deal. LEO was 0.17 when Steem was trading at 42 cents.

I believe that 0.18 will not hold, still there are lots of sellers out there. PAL mods have to cashed out first. Then bloggers/sellers and investors/buyers will reach a higher equilibrium. It will take some time.
