. Ok, so I didn't realise you had to be whitelisted to use OCDB. That is not the same as not blacklisted. Got it. I sent 5 steem to them, which was promptly returned with the appropriate message.
. It seems in order to get whitelisted, one needs to be recommended/nominated by someone who is already whitelisted. It also teems that it is a community of quality bloggers that don't usually use dApps that charge a percentage, such as DTube, eSteem or Steempress.
. This is fair enough I think. They are trying to keep it profitable, especially for those working very hard on the platform that wouldn't normally see the rewards of their hard labour.
. I'm reluctant to try the other bidbots to be honest. It seems the community frowns on the others, and they don't seem profitable anyhow.
