Hi @tokenism !! I am not sure where you are from, so it is hard to try to share your culture. You did well putting your post together and you are right! Some people would be concerned about the sanitary conditions, but the markets have been like that for hundreds and hundreds of years. The market actually looks quite nice and there is a great variety for one to choose from. Eggs have gone way up here too in the US, especially if I get the organic kind. I like the way the ramen looks like it is separated for individual servings already.
