I cannot believe my friends would rather post of Facebook for free than try to navigate Hive. The lack of understanding prohibits people from coming and the infighting/concieved cheating/lack of getting ahead has them running away faster than they are coming.

I know it is fun to go over to the bigger accounts and interact, becaue, let's face it... many of them are fun. But, by the same token, the smaller accounts are the ones that need help building, so I make sure to seek them out. One of the ways if I have the #MarketFriday tag and #alwaysaflower. Most of the little accounts know that they can post into that and I will comment and vote if it is good. I try to give them pointers on how to make their post better, but, leave them with a positive. I may even direct them where they might like. It seems like a no brainer, but, I can tell you when I got here, I had no clue. I still don't on some things. :)

Our future is in the small accounts. The big are already earning. Le'ts help the small want to stay. Bringing them here is harder, epsecially when it is so difficult to find it. I know, you addressed that.
