I love to purchase cloth and make garments. If I choose to bring it to a tailor or seamstress, the cost is prohibitive here! This is to alter a dress or slacks, having them made is close to $200 USD That is one of the reasons people buy ready-made clothes.

In saying that, I love how you select your fabric and make it into a family day. Those precious moments of spending time with the family can never be redone, so I am happy to see this. Your daughter is so very beautiful and so petite! I like when they are this age, so curious about everything. I am sure that you did buy some fabric this day. What is the approximate cost of fabric and is there a ballpark price for having something made? Thank you for taking us today. I love the different cultures in our world.
#MarketFriday has evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact of what is normal for where you live? These are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I can only hope this to be true.
