The whole world is painful to live in right now. Even if you have money, you can't get what you need. It feels better, but, somehow it isn't always.

Funny you should use the HVAC system. I just had one installed, no, make that two and I could have bought a house in some parts of this country with what it cost. I lamented for months! And months! Even thought about selling the house because who pays that kind of money to have an HVAC put in? When did they go up so much? It is just as you say. Put one in or put an efficient one in? BTW, I wouldn't sell the house with the unit working, but, needed to be changed out, that is just wrong!

Everything you write is an update, but, sadly true. I am not where I thought I would be with writing. I thought I would be more thoughtful, more something. But, that has nothing to do with time. ;)
