I just thought I'd mention that Russia's government AND China's have both been moving away from Microsoft Windows for a long while now.
China and Russia have moved most of their computer and server systems to Linux because of the concerns of spying/security.

Honestly, these companies are key levers of power for the Western ideology. No clearer example of this than Ireland when Amazon and Google moved there for tax shelter benefits. Ireland was a very traditional Catholic nation, and not long after these nations moved there you saw LGBTQ and other woke agendas in the form of marches and parades on the streets of Ireland. The companies move the culture wars forward.
