Ah you meant coding engineer, as in a dev. That was kind of what I thought, but it was also possible that you were referring to mechanics etc. I've written in JS and worked with some frameworks in web design. And also tinkered with rdb's, usually MySQL which is out of favor nowadays it seems. I own some Ethereum, but Solidity is a new term to me, I'll have to check that one out.

I guess you probably use x86 Mac, and not the M1's since you're most likely developing for x86? The M1's are pretty impressive though.
I sort of love and hate Apple/Mac at the same time.
Having a bash prompt and all of the Unix tools I'm used to from Linux is awesome, and MacOS on Apple hardware performance and optimization is really good.
Not to mention all of the advantages for media work that comes with a Mac.
I've almost walked out with a Mac a few times, but I can't leave Linux behind.
I do like to keep a MacOS VM handy though.
