Beware of KRK Rokit generation 4 studio monitors.
They are easily the best bang for the buck, but the capacitors fails after a couple years. It's a cheap fix if you're willing to solder, but in general it's upsetting because while they're the best bang for the buck they are not cheap.
I cannot say for certain if this is an issue with gen 5 or later.
