Where have we heard the phrase "New World Order" before? It popped up again today, in Mark Carney's statement at 'Jackson Hole Symposium 2019'. We're changing the game, he says, announcing a global virtual currency (like FaceBook's Libra) that will be centrally controlled by the world's big banks.
