We must listen to and consider their "fact checkers", no matter how seemingly-ridiculous, for the same reason they must listen to and consider ours. Every viewpoint should be permitted in the open discussion of society, none silenced, all debated. The good ideas will move forward and the bad ideas will be discovered.
But yeah, they can't be trusted. Most of them are outright liars.
